At Wonder Sparks, we want customers to have clear shipping expectations before completing a purchase. This Shipping Policy describes where we deliver, the shipping services available, applicable charges, estimated transit periods, and important procedures relating to the delivery of orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Destinations
Wonder Sparks currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping. Orders requiring delivery to an address outside the United States cannot be fulfilled under our current shipping program.
Customers must provide a complete and valid U.S. shipping address during checkout.
2. Shipping Methods
Eligible domestic orders may be shipped using one of the following services:
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: $15.00
Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer our expedited delivery option.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: $8.00
Standard Shipping is provided FREE when the qualifying order total reaches $70.00 or more.
3. Free Standard Shipping
Wonder Sparks offers FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $70.00 and up.
Orders below $70.00 are charged the regular $8.00 Standard Shipping fee.
Free shipping applies exclusively to Standard Shipping. Customers selecting Express Shipping will pay the regular $15.00 Express Shipping charge, even if their order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.
4. Shipping Rates Overview
Our current domestic shipping options are:
Express Shipping — 1–2 business days — $15.00
Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — $8.00
Standard Shipping on orders $70.00 or more — 3–5 business days — FREE
The applicable delivery method and shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.
5. Order Preparation and Dispatch
After an order is submitted, Wonder Sparks may require time to review the purchase, prepare the products, package the merchandise, and arrange shipment with the applicable carrier.
Order preparation time is separate from shipping transit time. The estimated 1–2 business days for Express Shipping and 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping generally apply after the package has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the following business day.
6. Delivery Estimates
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.
The delivery periods listed in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Actual delivery may be affected by weather conditions, transportation interruptions, carrier network disruptions, seasonal demand, holidays, increased shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Wonder Sparks.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Complete street address
Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
City
State
ZIP code
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or packages being returned to sender.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Wonder Sparks as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.
8. Tracking Your Shipment
When tracking is available, shipment information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to receive and scan the package into its network.
Once tracking becomes active, the carrier's tracking system generally provides the latest available information concerning shipment progress and delivery status.
9. Carrier Delays
Although Wonder Sparks aims to provide dependable shipping estimates, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Potential causes include severe weather, carrier service interruptions, transportation disruptions, holidays, unusually high package volumes, or unexpected logistical events.
If your shipment appears to be substantially delayed, please contact Wonder Sparks with your order information. We will review the available tracking details and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
A shipment may be returned to Wonder Sparks if the carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing unit information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related issue.
If your order is returned as undeliverable, please contact us to discuss the available next steps.
Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is necessary because inaccurate or incomplete delivery information was originally provided by the customer.
11. Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, porch, building entrance, reception area, parcel room, or other secure locations around the delivery address.
We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or the applicable shipping carrier.
If the package remains missing, please contact Wonder Sparks with your order details so we can review the available delivery information and provide reasonable assistance.
12. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package and merchandise promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives with apparent shipping damage, contact Wonder Sparks as soon as possible. We recommend retaining the original shipping container and packaging materials and taking clear photographs showing the condition of the package and affected products.
Any eligible return, refund, exchange, or replacement may also be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
13. International Shipping Restriction
Wonder Sparks does not provide international shipping.
Our shipping services are currently restricted to eligible addresses within the United States. Orders requiring delivery outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled.
14. Changes to This Shipping Policy
Wonder Sparks may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in shipping rates, delivery services, carrier arrangements, fulfillment practices, or other operational requirements.
Any revised version will be published through our online store with the applicable updated date.
